Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds for Digital Services

All sales of Boost/Featured Listings are final.

Once you purchase a Boost Listing ($1.99, $3.49, or $4.99), the charge is non-refundable. Featured Listings are digital services that are activated immediately upon payment confirmation and cannot be reversed.

2. Boost Listing Duration

After the boost period expires, your listing returns to normal position automatically. You may purchase another boost at any time.

3. Chargeback Policy

MoneyBay takes chargeback disputes very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback on a Boost Listing payment, your account will be permanently terminated without warning or refund eligibility for future purchases.

If you have a legitimate dispute, please contact support before disputing the charge with your payment provider.

4. Technical Issues & Errors

If you experience a technical error that prevents your boost from activating, please contact support within 24 hours with evidence:

We will investigate and manually apply the boost if we confirm a platform error.

5. Listing Suspension

If your listing is removed for violating our Terms of Service, your boost charge is non-refundable. The boost period will be forfeited.
