1. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on MoneyBay and may result in account termination:

• Weapons, firearms, explosives, or ammunition
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Hazardous materials or chemicals
• Animals or animal products (except legally permitted)
• Adult content or services
• Services promoting illegal activities
• Intellectual property infringement

2. Listing Policies

• Accuracy: All listing information must be truthful and accurate.
• Photos: Use clear, original photos of your items. Stock photos or AI-generated images are prohibited.
• Description: Clearly describe condition, damage, defects, and any missing parts.
• Pricing: Prices must be in USD. Specify if shipping is included or additional.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for all content in your listings.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
• You must not engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
• You must respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• You agree not to spam or harass other users.
• Account sharing or multi-accounting is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

MoneyBay is not responsible for:

• The quality, condition, or legality of items listed by users
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Fraud, theft, or misrepresentation by users
• Delivery issues, lost packages, or shipping delays
• Payment processing issues (handled by Stripe)

Users use MoneyBay "as-is" at their own risk. MoneyBay is a platform only and does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of listings.

5. Boost/Featured Listings

All sales are final. Once the Featured Listing status is activated, no refunds will be issued. This is a digital service and cannot be reversed once payment is confirmed.

6. Account Termination

MoneyBay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Post prohibited items
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Violate laws or regulations

7. Changes to Terms

MoneyBay may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
